Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the email account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
